Recipy for Fleischlaberl

The ingredients are for 4 people:

1/2 kilo of hamburger meat (carne picada)
2 eggs (ovos)
1 cup of breadcrumbs (pão ralado)
1 hand full of parsley (salsa)
1 onion (cebola)
100 g of emmentaler cheese (emmental o otro queijo)
pepper
salt
azeite

So! First cut the parsley to small pieces, then the onion and then do the same with the emmental cheese. Mix the meat in a bowl with the other ingredients and put around 3-4 teaspoons of salt to the meat (depends on how big the spoon is... try a little piece of the meat if it is already enough salt...)
Then put a good part of pepper to it. Mix everything and work the mass (amassar) with your hands for about 3 minutes. If you have the mass, form small hamburgers out of it. It is best if you put some water on your hands first, then the forming is easier...
After that, heat some oil in a pan. Take oil, so that the pan has 1-2 mm of oil in it. Maybe add some oil later...
Fry the fleischlaberl..............Ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best served with rice or potatoes or potatoe-salad!
